M\u00e1me pak na stole doslova koktejl l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm obsahem \u017eivin nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b koreluj\u00ed. Co takhle ovoce su\u0161en\u00e9 mrazem Objev tlakov\u00e9ho zmrazov\u00e1n\u00ed za vzniku sublima\u010dn\u00edho jevu, kdy nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vody, ale k p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu p\u0159echodu z pevn\u00e9ho do plynn\u00e9ho skupenstv\u00ed, p\u0159inesl p\u0159evratnou zm\u011bnu v technologii zmrazov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin. Mrazem su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce Nakl\u00ed\u010deno.cz ztr\u00e1c\u00ed na sv\u00e9 hmotnosti v\u011bt\u0161inu vody, co\u017e je v praxi sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00e1hy a\u017e o 90 procent. Obrovskou v\u00fdhodou je ov\u0161em zachov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech l\u00e1tek v ovoci obsa\u017een\u00fdch v \u010derstv\u00e9m stavu a naprost\u00e1 absence konzerva\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinidel.
