V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hypote\u010dn\u00edch \u00fav\u011br\u016f nav\u00edc banka neposkytuje cel\u00fdch 100% hodnoty nemovitosti, ale jen 90%. Tud\u00ed\u017e 80% v\u00e1m banka p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed a zbyl\u00fdch 20% mus\u00edte m\u00edt na\u0161et\u0159eno. Co to znamen\u00e1 v praxi? \u017d\u00e1d\u00e1te o hypot\u00e9ku 3 000 000? Tak 600 000 mus\u00edte m\u00edt u\u0161et\u0159eno dop\u0159edu. I p\u0159esto v\u0161ak dychtivost po hypote\u010dn\u00edch \u00fav\u011brech nijak nekles\u00e1, lid\u00e9 se toti\u017e boj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho zp\u0159\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.
